Multi-interface rollout
- Attach secondary NICs in the cloud console.
- Copy
examples/multi-interface.yamland setnetwork.interfaces.enabled. - Validate with dry-run, restart daemon, confirm routes with
ip ruleandip route show table 9999(or yourtable_base).
Operate (CLI)
- Prefer dry-run and journal inspection before restarting on production multi-homed hosts.
- Use
cnctl status networkto confirm netlink state matches provider metadata. - Empty / fail: Capture logs and metadata connectivity (IMDS/GCP metadata endpoints).
- Success: Traffic egresses via the intended interface per policy rules.
