Trademark notice (draft)

ZyvorAI Labs Private Limited claims rights in the following marks (registered or unregistered, as applicable):

  • Zyvor, zyvor.dev
  • PacketWolf, NetPredator
  • Ragnarok, Aether, GuestKit, HyperSDK

No trademark license

Aether-core is Apache License 2.0 (open source) as of 2026, but that grant covers copyright and patent rights only — Apache 2.0 §6 explicitly excludes trademarks. Forking, redistributing, or building on Aether-core does not carry any right to the "Aether" or "Zyvor" names or logos; the same restrictions below apply regardless of license.

The proprietary software license and enterprise agreements do not grant permission to:

  • Use the above marks in product names, domain names, or marketing implying endorsement
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices
  • Use logos or brand assets from zyvor.dev without permission

Permitted fair uses (typically)

  • Factual references (“compatible with Kubernetes”)
  • Nominative use to describe compatibility, without suggesting sponsorship
