Acceptable Use Policy (template)

Applies to: All Zyvor Software and Hosted Services
Licensor: ZyvorAI Labs Private Limited

Customer and its users shall not:

  1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  2. Use the Software to attack, probe, or disrupt networks or systems without authorization.
  3. Distribute malware, conduct fraud, or facilitate illegal surveillance of individuals without lawful basis.
  4. Use cryptographic or attestation features to evade lawful export or sanctions requirements.
  5. Resell, time-share, or offer the Software as a service bureau without a written agreement.
  6. Scrape or overload Hosted Services beyond documented rate limits.
  7. Misrepresent affiliation with Zyvor or use Zyvor trademarks without permission.
  8. Deploy in embargoed or sanctioned jurisdictions or for prohibited end-users (see Export Compliance Addendum) without required licenses.

Zyvor may suspend access for material violation after notice where practicable. Customer remains responsible for users and Customer Content.
